The SVG Version requires Internet Explorer with the Adobe SVG Viewer installed. This can be downloaded from the "Application Updates" page once you have logged in.
The Silverlight Version requires Microsoft Silverlight 4.0 and will run in most browsers. You will be automatically prompted to install Silverlight if it is not currently installed.
